Overview

Kiaora is a direct-to-consumer telehealth platform offering personalized hormone therapy, GLP-1, and thyroid health programs across the United States. TechTicks developed key components across the patient experience, clinical intake workflows, backend APIs, subscription billing, analytics, and production infrastructure. Built with Next.js, React, TypeScript, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Stripe, and AWS, the platform supports complex healthcare workflows with a focus on usability, security, and operational reliability.

Analytics and Revenue Management
